The information you provide is used to 1) provide the service or product requested. 2) to enable us to send the product you bought and to contact you regarding your order. 3) Three times a year we may send out a Newsletter by E-Mail. The newsletter contains Health-, and Product related information only or may offer you a gift voucher. If you ever want to stop receiving this newsletter, there's a link just for that purpose at the bottom of every e-mail send. Also the information you provide us, will not be forwarded to any third party.

 

Returns / Refund policy:

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your product please get in touch with us. Full refund is given minus postage and handling if returned unopened in 14 days. Defective or damaged goods will be returned and replaced at our cost.

Shipping:

For shipping within New Zealand we use FastWay couriers, New Zealand couriers or ParcelPost. They normally deliver within 3 days on the North Island and within 4 days on the South Island. All rural deliveries take 1-2 day(s) longer and our couriers do not deliver during weekends.
For orders to a RD or PO Box we normally use ParcelPost, their target delivery is 2-4 working days.

For orders to Australia delivery is normally between 5 and 8 working days, all other international orders take between 10 and 15 working days by international airmail.

 

International Shipping Policy:

We ship outside New Zealand under the following terms:

Please note: if your order is refused by you or by customs going into your country, we will not be able to refund shipping charges. We will refund product charges only after customs has returned the order to us. Your final refund will be the amount of the products less the charges imposed to return the products to us.

 

Some countries have restrictions that will not allow delivery of some natural health products. We cannot be responsible for any customs restrictions or other regulations that apply in countries outside New Zealand.

 

International shipments (outside the New Zealand) may be subject to taxes, duties, or other customs fees upon delivery. As the recipient you are responsible for any such fees at the point of delivery. Please understand we do not collect or make these charges. All taxes and fees are solely up to your country's tax authority and customs officers.
