Returns / Refund policy:
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your product please get in touch with us. Full refund is given minus postage and handling if returned unopened in 14 days. Defective or damaged goods will be returned and replaced at our cost.

Shipping:
For shipping within New Zealand we use FastWay couriers, New Zealand couriers or tracked ParcelPost. They normally deliver over night on the North Island and within 3 days on the South Island. All rural deliveries take 1-2 day(s) longer and our couriers do not deliver during weekends.
For orders to Australia delivery is normally between 5 and 10 working days, all other international orders take between 10 and 15 working days by airmail.
International Shipping Policy:
We ship outside New Zealand under the following terms:
You agree to assume all shipping costs. If the package is returned to us by your country's customs department, we will refund the price of the products but we will not refund the cost of shipping. We will not be liable for the shipping cost in this or any other case. The shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Some countries have restrictions that will not allow delivery of some natural health products. We cannot be responsible for any customs restrictions or other regulations that apply in countries outside New Zealand.
International shipments (outside the New Zealand) may be subject to taxes, duties, or other customs fees upon delivery. As the recipient you are responsible for any such fees at the point of delivery. Please understand we do not collect or make these charges. All taxes and fees are solely up to your country's tax authority and customs officers.
