Health & Inspiration DaysHolistic Health & Wellness organise and host Health & Inspiration Days for the public and corporate world. With over 30 days already taken, these events are fun-filled, full of enthusiasm while incorporating strategies and ideas on health promotion and stress reduction.
These days of encouragement and motivation range from a 1 hour session to a 6 hour day. They are flexible in design to suit your specific needs and requests. It does not matter if your team are elite athletes or couch potatoes or a mix of anything in-between – we design and cater for individuals from all lifestyle backgrounds. 09:15 - Physical training (light strength and condition training plus education in ergonomic exercises)
10:00 - Brief nature/forest walk
10:15 - Capoeira (Brazilian dancing martial art)
10:45 - Salsa (basic steps done in group environment)
11:15 - Communication exercises (various types depending on group and work structure/environment)
12:00 - Lunch
12:45 - Nutritional talk/education
13:25 - Walking meditation
13:40 - Yoga/Pilates
14:10 - Tai Chi/Qigong
14:35 - Nature healing/connection story & meditation
14:50 - Walk back
15:00 - Finish

To extend our passion in helping and inspiring others, we work in conjunction with the 7m-project and donate a percentage of our proceedings to this wonderful charity. The 7m-project is an ongoing project that helps create sustainable, long term water solutions for those whom are in need in Africa:
"Imagine walking for 4 hours in search of clean water ... but you can only carry 20 liters. That's the plight of a lot of these rural women. The 7m-project aims to bring clean water closer to the people. The benefits from the water tanks we install are far more than simply the gain of more time for productive work by the people, but also better health for the children with less waterborne diseases. So not only do we help improve mortality and the general health of the population, but our efforts actually enhance the economy and reduce poverty. Yes ... just by providing a means for people to access clean water can easily reduce poverty!"
